With a background in international business development, fundraising, and non-profit leadership, Shelby is passionate about combatting the leading environmental cause of death and disability in the world and bringing improved health and opportunity to families in Latin America. StoveTeam International was founded by Rotarian, Nancy Hughes, with crucial assistance from her local Rotary club in Eugene, Oregon, and Rotary International. 

StoveTeam's mission is to facilitate the placement of safe, affordable, fuel-efficient cookstoves in collaboration with local communities to support families and protect the environment.
